Autobell Car Wash Reviews

I went to Autobell and asked what was included in the $45 package they sold me on. I confirmed that everything I needed from vacuuming floor, seats, windows etc.

The highly aggressive rude young manager told me my car was ready twice but it wasnt and he said they would take care of it then didnt and was angry because I showed him what they didnt do. He was in my face until I took my phone out to record and call the police.

Oh and they still would give my money back. I guess I am not allowed to show how aggressive and in my face the manager was because my other 2 videos wouldnt process

My daughter took her jeep to the Autobell in Mooresville, North Carolina. They overcharged her and did a poor job.

I cant stand businesses that take advantage of young females They should not be able to remain in business.

The manager was unwilling to make right. He did not care at all.

I've been using auto bell since I can remember today I went got the top service got home and had to go over my whole vehicle price goes up quality goes down need some training or find kids willing to do a good job should have saved my 50.00

I purchased the top of the line inside and out and to have the tires dressed they did not even dress the tires they hardly wiped down the inside I ended up heading to get the rag from them and wiped the stuff down water dripping still off the car very very poor car wash for $43 I couldn't even see it being $5 worth I would not recommend auto bill for any reason whatsoever I have stopped going to them after this this is not the first time but it definitely is the last time

Inside was not hardly vacuumed at all. Dash and instruments were not touched.

Inside glass was streaked and cloudy due to being wiped with dirty towels. Door panels not touched.

Outside paint was smudged and huge spots missed. I paid extra above my plan for tire shine and tires only 3/4 touched.

They are eager to make sure you are satisfied!!!

The interior and exterior desire to clean is excellent!

I was getting your $48 wash at the South Tryon location. I have a 74 Buick Electra, and they did terrible job.

They need to do what they are being paid to do simple as that. I want go back I will do it myself next time. I paid and have to redo it

The express exterior service with a wipe down takes a very long time. Most of the time the car is dry before they can wipe it down. I have seen two and three people on a car while I wait 10 to 15 minutes for a simple 3 minute wipe down.

I went to report damage that was done to my car and the young man says let's run it through again to see what happens. So we run it through, and it is way slower than the day that I took my car and the brushes weren't going as fast, and then he denied my claim saying it looks as if a door hit it.

If a door hit it the damage would be up way higher than then where the damage is.

I know it was not like that the day before I took it there. So we will be speaking to a manager tomorrow and Hope things get worked out if not I will be back on here.

They finished in SIX MINUTES but what they did I have no idea. Visible debre in the trunk, drivers seat, floorboard and also the rear floorboard.

I nicely made him vacuum in front of me. He was polite and did it but, strangely I had to repeatedly point things out. Hed stand up like he was finished and I had to ask him to continue. This dirt was IN PLAIN SITE.

I get down the road and realized they hadn't touched any of the windows! So I'm calling back tomorrow and we'll see what they do.

Just went to Autobell at Piper Glen. I left there with my windshield dirtier than it was when I went in.

Wiped with dirty rags and I had to come home and clean it. Vacuuming was barely adequate. Rear bumper and window still pretty dirty. $44.00 plus tip - ridiculous.

I can get my car hand washed at home for $40.00 and a better job. I won't make this mistake again.

I havent been contacted about the scratches on my truck. I have talked with someone on last week.
