Autobell Car Wash

They need to do what they are being paid to do simple as that. I want go back I will do it myself next time. I paid and have to redo it

I went to report damage that was done to my car and the young man says let's run it through again to see what happens. So we run it through, and it is way slower than the day that I took my car and the brushes weren't going as fast, and then he denied my claim saying it looks as if a door hit it.

If a door hit it the damage would be up way higher than then where the damage is.

I know it was not like that the day before I took it there. So we will be speaking to a manager tomorrow and Hope things get worked out if not I will be back on here.

They finished in SIX MINUTES but what they did I have no idea. Visible debre in the trunk, drivers seat, floorboard and also the rear floorboard.

I nicely made him vacuum in front of me. He was polite and did it but, strangely I had to repeatedly point things out. Hed stand up like he was finished and I had to ask him to continue. This dirt was IN PLAIN SITE.

I get down the road and realized they hadn't touched any of the windows! So I'm calling back tomorrow and we'll see what they do.

Just went to Autobell at Piper Glen. I left there with my windshield dirtier than it was when I went in.

Wiped with dirty rags and I had to come home and clean it. Vacuuming was barely adequate. Rear bumper and window still pretty dirty. $44.00 plus tip - ridiculous.

I can get my car hand washed at home for $40.00 and a better job. I won't make this mistake again.

I havent been contacted about the scratches on my truck. I have talked with someone on last week.

Trying to get service but forgot my password word and your app will not let me change , spoke to someone Named Alex was very short with me no help at all .I can not change anything but you are scheduled to receive my money on the 21st of each month

Went to Auto Bell on S Tryon in Charlotte NC. I got the 38.99 package which includes the whole car.

The windows on the passenger side never touched.

Only a part of the front dash was cleaned.

Matts where awful.

I had never been to this location before.

I usually go to the one by Carowinds I have always been very happy,

When I called customer service she did not want to give me a refund.

Said someone will call me back. So I will update when we see what they say.

AutoBell, New Hope Road, Gastonia, NC.NEVER gets my car clean. I have nicely complained EVERY time and asked them to clean the very obvious spots.

Today I had to ask them to vacuum again and wipe the seats again. They still didn't get my car clean. I leave very frustrated EVERY time. I'm not just being picky.

Their cleaning quality stinks. I hope you share this evaluation in hopes they will begin to get my car clean.

Wash my car 3/22/22 was not advised or asked to retract antenna he was talking to me about prices the whole time took my card and instructed me to drive through my antenna was broken and I showed it to them. They took pictures filled out a claim and gave me Mngr # he will not return my calls I was told that it may not do any good to submit a claim and offered free car wash but my antenna makes a very loud noise whenever started I want my antenna fixed as your liability sign indicates for damage on any factor part damaged as a result of their negligence.

NC Mngr.Carson Hutto will not return phone calls to customers on car damaged. Bad service and customer service when their sign clearly stated they are responsible for any damage to any factory part

After calling corporate three times they finally agreed to fix my antenna but it should not have taken that much follow up for them to do as they advertised since my case they have since taken down that sign.

I visited the 8525 Hankins Rd., #5114 12-**-** at 02:24 paid 18.99 for wash. I but the book of 3 for 57.00.

So I was not looking for free service.. location today 12-12-21 to have full Service carwash. When I drove up it was a car in front of me and 2 people were working on it drying it. A young lady serviced my cts cadillac and I tipped her.

I made an observation " what are you all doing, this girl serviced my car all by herself and I tipped her and they still were not finished with the car in front of me. I guess I pissed off the nappy head one and the other hood rats the white one stared me down. It was abut 4 of them, first of all why was 4 hubble together there when there were cars to clean. It got out of hand they were just a cussing and me too with my 70 year old self.

The too young manager came over and did not say one word to them about the profanity only to me that it take time to finished the car. They are a bunch of disrespectful hood rats who not be allowed to cuss customers no matter what was said. They cussed me first. They were in a bunch like they were ready to fight.

These people were at work. I remember the customer can say things and make observations and not get cussed out. The last thing i here'd when I drove off was *** yourself" no respect. on the job saying things like that.

*** yourself I a 70 years old. But they know that they are needed so therefore they can say whatever they want too. The manager didn't or I didn't hear him tell them to be quiet and get back to work. He was so busy trying to shut me up and they were just a talking fussing and cussing and not working.

I dont have to go to that autobell. This was a new group of hood rats, Yes i call them hood rats. because they white one stared me down and the other white hood rat was just a cussing. It is a shame that you need then that bad and not discipline them for how they acted on the job no matter who started it .

If I had know my observation was going to explode like that I would have kept my mouth closed.

No respect for the customers. I worked with the public for 30 years and I could not have said the things they said even if i was right, Your customers make your business.
